2008 PRICES AND RATES - GENERAL CONDITIONS

The prices published are per person, including breakfast, for any type of room except for Apartments and Cabins, in which case the prices are for 2 persons. There is no limit to the length of stay in the Andalusian Youth Accommodation Network. For certain High Season periods, InturJoven has established a minimum length of stay and a minimum rate of Half Board. These restrictions, which mainly affect Easter Week, Summer, certain Public Holidays and the Christmas period, may be altered during 2008.

YOUTH HOSTEL CARD
Users must be in possession of a Youth Hostel Card. This card can be obtained in any Youth Facility or in the Customer Care Centre (see prices in the Cards section). Cards issued by any member of the International Youth Hostel Federation (I.Y.H.F.) are accepted.

YOUTH CARD
Holders of this card will be entitled to a discount of 10% on accommodation and board (except tourist packages, activities, and other services). This discount cannot be added to any other discounts, nor is it applicable to other offers.

GROUPS
A GROUP reservation is a reservation for 15 or more persons made at the same time and under a single invoice. Groups will be charged the rate applicable to the age of at least 60% of the group's members.

COMPLIMENTARY PLACES
For every 16 persons in a group, 1 complimentary place may be requested (up to a maximum of 7 complimentary places). These will be applicable only to accommodation and board in Hotels or Camping sites.
No complimentary places will be applicable to other services which do not include accommodation.

ARRIVAL
Guests must arrive at the facility before 18:00 hrs. Guests who plan on arriving after 6 pm must phone on the day of arrival and let the facility know at what time they will be arriving, otherwise the reservation cannot be guaranteed. Accommodation will be allocated by the Facility Manager. When making the reservation, a particular type of room may be requested. Extra charges may be applicable for some types of room.

RESERVATIONS
Individual reservations
Advance bookings or other services may be requested by phone, Internet, fax or normal mail, sent to the facility in question or the InturJoven Customer Services Centre.
Meal services for individual customers will be confirmed when the reservation is made, provided that there is a sufficiently large number of applicants for this service to be provided.
Group reservations
Group bookings may be made by Internet, fax or normal mail, preferably through the InturJoven Customer Services Centre. All correspondence concerning group reservations must be in writing. On certain dates, minimum lengths of stay and/or services may be applicable, and will be made available as tourist packages.

CHILDREN'S RATES
The children's rate is applicable to children of 3 to 6 years old, and consists of a 40% discount on official rates (Rate A) for accommodation and breakfast, depending on the facility and season. No discount is available for meal services (lunch/dinner). There is no charge for children under 3 as long as they do not occupy a bed. If they do occupy a bed, the children's rate will be applied.

DEPOSITS
Reservations will only be confirmed if the required deposit is paid before the final date stipulated by InturJoven:

Individual reservations

- At least 30% by the date required by InturJoven.
- The remainder of the cost of all services booked is to be paid in full on arrival at the facility.

The deposit may be waived for this type of reservation, in which case customers must contact the facility to confirm the reservation on the day of arrival if they plan to arrive after 6 pm. Otherwise, the places reserved will be available for other customers.

Group reservations

- At least 30% by the date required by InturJoven.
- The remainder of the cost of all services booked is to be paid in full at least 15 days before the day of arrival.

If the reservation includes tourism services such as transport, monitors, other activities, admission to tourist sites, etc., up to 100% of the full price may be required in advance. In all cases, the full price of reservations must be paid in full before arrival at the facility.

CANCELLATIONS
Customers may cancel reservations at any time. Any amounts paid will be reimbursed, minus the following penalty charges to be paid to InturJoven:
Administration costs: To cover reservation costs, documentation sent and bank charges for the return of monies paid.
Cancellation charges: Penalty for non-occupation of the places reserved and cancelled before the arrival date, and costs incurred by InturJoven for any contracts and purchase of supplies required for the proper provision of the services reserved.

Penalties for cancellation

(*) Cancellation charges will be calculated on the total amount payable for accommodation and breakfast for the entire stay, and for meal services reserved for the first day of the stay.

In the case of circuits or long stays, the circuit start date will be used for the purpose of calculating cancellation charges.

Non-arrival and voluntary non-use of the services contracted for shall in no case give rise to any refund or return of any monies paid.

Partial cancellations

Any partial cancellation of a confirmed reservation which amounts to less than 10% of the total number of places reserved will not be taken into account, provided that notice is given in writing before arrival. If no notice is given, or if the partial cancellation amounts to more than 10%, the charges stated above will apply.

In the case of reservations which include the contracting of other tourist services, the proportional part affected by these services will be governed by the specific conditions established when they were contracted for, and cancellation charges may be up to 100% in the case of services such as transport, package prices, admission tickets, etc. The proportion of the price corresponding to accommodation and board shall be governed by the rules set out in the previous section.

Cancellations of group reservations must be made in writing, and the relevant cancellation charges will be calculated from the date such correspondence is received by InturJoven.

These rates are valid from 1 January to 31 December 2008, and replace and revoke any prior rates. InturJoven reserves the right to alter these rates during 2008. InturJoven is not responsible for any typographic errors.
